Air-free foam core
A solid core rather than an air chamber. There is no valve to leak and nothing to inflate, so it is ready the moment it is out of the bag.
Removable UPF 50+ canopy
Clips on for the beach and off for an indoor pool. The mesh window means you stay in sight while your child is shaded.
Wide straps and abdomen support
The chest and tummy panel is wider than on the 3–24 month floats, which is what carries the extra weight range up to 18 kg.
Adjustable back buckle
One buckle at the back takes the fit across the whole 3–48 month range. The tail clips on and off the same way.

Fasten the buckle so it is snug but not tight — you should be able to slide two fingers between the strap and your child’s chest. If your baby is under the weight range, they are not ready for this float yet.
Two ways to use it
On the tummy. Your child rests on the chest and tummy panel with arms over the front, free to paddle and reach.
On the back. The tail clips on at the back and helps the float sit level rather than tipping forward.
Fit the canopy for outdoor use and take it off for indoor pools. Warm water, short sessions to begin with, and one hand’s distance the whole time.

Does it need inflating?
No. The core is solid foam, so there is no pump, no valve and nothing to blow up. It is ready the moment it is out of the box.
How is it different from the 3–24 month floats?
It carries a wider weight range — up to 18 kg and up to 48 months — with a wider chest and tummy panel and an adjustable back buckle. The 3–24 month floats stop at 24 months.
Can I use it without the canopy?
Yes. The canopy clips off, and so does the tail. Many parents take the canopy off for indoor pools and clip it back on at the beach.
How do I clean and store it?
Rinse in fresh water after use and wipe it down. Dry flat in the shade rather than in direct sun.
Is it suitable for the beach?
It is designed for calm, shallow water such as pools and protected shallows. Open water, surf and moving water are not suitable.
